If you are like most Americans you will start tomorrow to lose 5 lbs or more.  You will start tomorrow with getting more fit.  You will start tomorrow....tomorrow....

Tomorrow is....TODAY.  Today you can get fit and lose weight at the same time by following these simple exercises.  One rule is be consistent.  If you can only commit to 2 days a week...then follow this for 2 days a week.  If you feel you can add 1 more day, then do so, but remember once you commit to that day, you are on.  Once your body gets used to 3 days (or more) a week, you will feel it's part of your week and will work everything else around it.
