FITCAMP
This one hour total body training class meets Monday thru Friday at 5:30 am sharp. You’ll do it all in here, from free weights to core strength and stability training, this class will keep you in peak condition all year long.

BOSUFIT
Designed around 2 pieces of equipment, the BOSU ball and the Swiss Fit Ball, this onehour class is intended to improve stability and balance while challenging your body’s neuromuscular centers. Remember strength without control is nothing!!!

TRX CORE
Using nothing but the TRX Suspension system and a mat, you’ll achieve strength relative to your body weight. You’ll also achieve one of the sweatiest workouts you’ve ever had.

B.R.I.C.
While the name may resemble how you feel when this class is over, it really stands for Bike Run Interval Conditioning. A great training approach for Triathletes, this one-hour class will test your ability to recover… and then do it again. Please Note, you must have a road bike and a stationary trainer to participate in this class.
