Elite Private Training is designed to take each client to an elite level. You may not be a professional athlete nor do you necessarily want to train like one, but the underlying principles must be the same if you plan on reaching your goals. “Private Training” is a term used by many, but really understood by few. Here at Excel, we start with a comprehensive evaluation process that includes a health history evaluation, a baseline evaluation of body composition, cardiovascular strength and endurance, and basic muscular strength, power, and endurance.  We’ll also conduct a postural and flexibility evaluation and finally take a look at basic core strength.  Using all of this information and an understanding of the individual’s short-term and long-term goals, we’ll custom design a training program that’s like no other.  This process makes personal training, without a doubt, the best way to get in shape because it takes the guesswork out of your training and gets you fit in less time. Private sessions last about 45 minutes and can be paired with 2 or 3 people.
